The Cannon Aluminum Fixed Base Pedestal Mount is for surface or track mounting. Cannon Mounting Systems help rig the system in your favor. The top plate is pre-drilled and tapped to allow mounting of a Cannon swivel base and downrigger (and other downrigger brands). This sturdy fixed base comes in 4" and 6" heights. Durable construction and straightforward setup help you focus on fishing.
